SHIPPING & RETURNS

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed within 24–48 hours

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 24–48 hours of the next business day

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (may vary due to customs delays)

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details. In such cases, we can provide proof of shipment upon request.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy (extended to 90 days for special promotional offers).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the eligible period. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team to begin the process

  • Send the product back with your full name and order number included


RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Items must be returned within 30 days (or 90 days for special offers)

  • Any free or promotional items received must also be returned

  • If promotional items are missing, their value will be deducted from the refund


FEES & DEDUCTIONS

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

  • Standard shipping fee:

    • USA: $5.95

    • International: $9.95

  • A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to returned items


DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


RESELLER POLICY

Orders placed for resale purposes are not eligible for refunds.

Once such orders are shipped, they cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure all details are correct before placing bulk or resale orders.
